We deliver worldwide from Finland. Orders within Finland are delivered by Posti, International deliveries via UPS. The estimated delivery times are 3-8 business days. The insurance for all items is covered for delivery. Packages are sent with a tracking number to ensure safety.

Returns
Please note that the Second Chance Art Pieces are each unique & handcrafted from pre-existing materials. This sustainable art is giving a “Second Chance” to repurposed material. The pieces might have visible signs of wear.
Returns are possible in case of damage in original art piece. Please contact us via email within 5 business days of receiving the package, photographing the package of the art piece and the art piece to show the damage clearly. Please note, that a received package with visible damage should not be accepted. All claims are to be written including all the necessary information with photographic documentation of your order for processing the return. As every piece is unique, it is not possible to replace a purchased item in case of failed shipment. In the case, a refund for the cost of original purchase will be offered.
Please note, Studio Siru Oy is not responsible for damages done by the transportation company. Anyhow, we will happily do our best help solving the case if your purchase is damaged during delivery.
Other return requests will be considered by order. Please note that the customer is responsible for cost of return. Unclaimed packages will be charged for delivery.
The price of the pieces include VAT. All rights to possible changes in prices or cost of delivery are reserved.
